Lifetime Guarantee

We warrant our tools to be free of defects in materials and workmanship with LIFETIME REPLACEMENT excluding normal replacement of parts or when a tool has been abused contrary to normal use.

Should a tool be thought to have a defect, return it to our factory prepaid with a written explanation of the problem. After our inspection, if we find the tool to be defective, we will either repair or replace it at our discretion, if it meets the criteria of the terms of this warranty.

We are not liable for damages of any kind, including either incidental or consequential damages. No party is authorized to extend any other warranty, and no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply.
