The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear on consumables such as cutting wheels, blades, etc.

Superior Tool Company charges a flat shipping fee of $2.95 on any order up to & including $25.00. Any order totaling more than $25.00 is shipped free to the buyer.

Superior Tool Company values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for products that you purchase directly from Superior Tool Company. Under this policy, you may return to Superior Tool Company, within seven (7) days, products that you purchased online and directly from Superior Tool for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling fees.

Do you charge restocking or other fees?
No, Superior Tool Company does not charge restocking fees.
Superior Tool Company sells quality products and stands behind each one with a Lifetime Guarantee. Our Lifetime Guarantee covers faulty items. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call Superior Tool Company at 216-398-8600 or 800-533-3244. We will give you instructions to exchange your item. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process exchanges.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you do not receive your refund within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.
How will my refund be issued?

Your full original purchase price will be refunded. Any shipping costs (if originally charged) will not be refunded.
