EasyCAM® Frequently Asked Questions

The Sewer Inspection Cameras
What makes EasyCAM different from other sewer cameras?
EasyCAM was designed by a plumber who was tired of waiting on repairs.
Most cameras are a black box — something breaks, you ship it out, and you wait.
EasyCAM is modular and owner-serviceable. Common repairs are done in the field with simple hand tools. No shipping. No waiting. No lost jobs.
What is the benefit of EasyCAM?
easyCAM is modular and owner-serviceable. Common repairs are done in the field with simple hand tools. No shipping, no waiting, and no lost jobs. Plumbers can keep working and making money.
What does "owner-serviceable" actually mean?
It means EasyCAM is built to stay on the job. You can easily do repairs on the job, with simple hand tools.
You don't need to send the camera to a service center. You don't need a technician. You order the part, it arrives the next day, and you get back to work.
That's it.
What does "modular" and "plug-and-play" mean?
The components are designed to be swapped out individually.
Camera head worn out? Replace just the head. Cable giving you trouble? Replace the cable. You're not replacing the whole system when one part wears down.
Everything is built to connect simply and work immediately.
What size pipes can EasyCAM systems inspect?
EasyCAM cameras are built for standard residential and commercial sewer lines. Specific pipe diameter ranges vary by model. Visit the individual product pages for exact specs — or call us and we'll point you to the right system for your work.
Do the cameras self-level?
Yes. All EasyCAM camera heads are self-leveling, so your footage stays upright automatically. No more rotating video. Just a clean, usable image every time.
Is Wi-Fi available?
