Returns

Return requests must be approved by C.H. Hanson (the parent company of Superior Tool) within 30 days of the date of invoice and the RGA number given. All returns are to be sent back freight pre-paid to our Naperville, Illinois warehouse. All returns are subject to inspection (for original condition) and a 20% restocking fee.
