Superior Tool® and EasyCAM® are sub-brands of C. H. Hanson® Company. All warranties for Superior Tool and EasyCAM products are provided and administered by C. H. Hanson
Superior Tool and EasyCAM products are designed, manufactured, and tested to high quality standards. C.H. Hanson warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty periods listed below. Coverage extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage applies only to genuine products purchased from authorized retailers, authorized resellers, or through the Superior Tool and EasyCAM websites.
Warranty Coverage
Superior Tool Products — Lifetime Warranty
Superior Tool hand tools and plumbing tools are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For purposes of this warranty, "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product under normal use and service by the original purchaser.
EasyCAM Products — Two-Year Limited Warranty
EasyCAM sewer inspection camera systems, push cables, reels, and EasyCAM-manufactured components are covered for two (2) years from the documented date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage begins on the documented date of purchase and extends to the original purchaser only.
EasyCAM Third-Party Component Coverage
The following EasyCAM components are manufactured by third parties and are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty:

For third-party components, the original manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures apply.
What's Covered
If a product or component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, C.H. Hanson / Superior Tool will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.
For EasyCAM products, replacement is limited to the affected component only.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Alterations or modifications to the product
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- Improper installation, maintenance, or storage
- Use of the product for purposes other than those intended
- Freight, packing, and return shipping costs
Additional EasyCAM Exclusions:
- Kinked push cables — kinking indicates improper handling or operator error and is not covered
- Lost components
- Batteries damaged due to improper charging or failure to maintain charge
- Accessories or components not manufactured by EasyCAM (covered only under the original manufacturer's warranty, if applicable)
Warranty coverage is void if the product has been altered or tampered with.
A Note on Defects vs. Wear and Tear
Manufacturing defects typically appear early in a product's life — often within the first few uses. Components returned for warranty inspection after extended use are rarely found to have material or workmanship defects. Most service requests after long-term use are related to normal wear, which is not covered under warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain and use the product under normal operating conditions at all times.
- Review and follow all included instructions, manuals, cautions, and warnings prior to use. Failure to follow instructions may void warranty coverage.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Before returning any product, you must contact us to confirm the issue and receive authorization. Warranty service will not be provided unless the proper claim procedures are followed. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and return costs.
Superior Tool Warranty Claims
- Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#).
- Return the product prepaid to the address below with a written explanation of the issues.
- After inspection, if the product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

- If a return is necessary, you will receive authorization and shipping instructions at that time.

Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy with respect to C.H. Hanson Company's products, including those sold under the Superior Tool and EasyCAM brands. Under no circumstances will C.H. Hanson be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits — related to the use or inability to use the product. No party is authorized to extend any other warranty. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
